    dominant imho. I'm not sure about ENTj vs ESTj but I guess I would go ESTj first.

    She seems so calculating for an ESFp...I would go with ESTp sensory sub. I'm not sure though.

    Bree Van De Kamp – ISFJ (I agree with you) Edit: Sorry, she's definitely ENFJ.

    Lynette Scavo – ENTJ or ENTP (not ESTJ, she used to be a businesswoman, there was also one episode in which she impressed her husband's co-workers with original ideas of advertising, so she must be N)

    Gabrielle Solis – ESTP (not ESFP, I know many ESTP and she is surely one of them)

    Susan Mayer – ENFP (she is very suspicious, she likes to know the hidden motives of others etc., remember that she's a child book illustrator)

    Mike Delfino – ISTJ
    INFp(INTp)

    Haha..... Bree's an ISFj? She reminds me so much of a college girlfriend of mine. Always thought that she was some sort of ESFj with a hidden agenda to be perfect though. That would be funny if I was dating my conflictor for 4 months though. There was always something odd and underhanded to her though. Very catty. Got very jealous of other girls.....

    I've just found this series. Hilarious. It makes me laugh a lot.
    My opinion:
    Gabrielle = ESFp-Se
    Lynette = ESTp-Se
    Susan = INFj-Ne
    Bree = ISFj-Se
    Anyway, Hilarious.
    First eliminate every possible source of error. Thence success is inevitable.

    Hmm, I don't think Lynette has enough Ne to be LII - I'd go with LSI. Barring that, maybe LIE.

    I can't find another thread.

    Desperate Housewifes is a very good example of socionics because the housewifes are all caricatures of a certain type:

    Even ESIs are normally not as bourgeois and snooty as Bree.
    Even IEEs are normally not as clumsy and chaotic as Susan.
    Even SEEs are nomally not as greedy and unfaithful as Gabrielle.
    Even EIEs are normally not as selfish and fraudulent as Edie.
    Even LIIs are normally not as capable and uninterested in housework as Lynette.

    I agree with a lot of these typings. I don't think I ever actually considered ESI for Bree, although my Mom related to that character a bit.

    Bree ESE (Fe-ESFj) or ESI (Se-ISFj)

    Susan IEE (Ne-ENFp)

    Mike SLI (Si-ISTp)

    Lynette LSE (Te-ESTj)

    Tom IEE (Fi-ENFp)

    Gabrielle SEE (Se-ESFp)

    Carlos ESI (Se-ISFj)

    "Fascism is the system of government that cartelizes the private sector, centrally plans the economy to subsidize producers, exalts the police state as the source of order, denies fundamental rights and liberties to individuals, and makes the executive state the unlimited master of society.

    This describes mainstream politics in America today. And not just in America. It’s true in Europe, too. It is so much part of the mainstream that it is hardly noticed anymore.

    If fascism is invisible to us, it is truly the silent killer. It fastens a huge, violent, lumbering state on the free market that drains its capital and productivity like a deadly parasite on a host. This is why the fascist state has been called the vampire economy. It sucks the economic life out of a nation and brings about a slow death of a once thriving economy."

    I'd also consider EIE (Fe-ENFj) for Bree, although ESI seems to be the most likely.
