Beta looks to be most proper. There isn't an issue that can't be solved by intimidation and fisticuffs. The Alphas are just drunk/high fools that aren't getting anything done, the Gammas are probably just being suck-ups and yes-people to the boss, the Deltas have just committed mass suicide due to their ESTj overlord showing yet another intractable organizational chart.
You may post pictures through the attach image option at the top panel as you are writing a new post. Yep, sounds about rightAttached images come out as thumbnails--if you want the image showing full size post them with an image host, such as postimage, tinypic, imgur and others. These sites delete pictures after a while, imgur pics lasting the longest in my trials with it (their guarantee is 6 months). If the images needs to last and display full size, I'll use a picture host and attach it to the post as a safety net. This works on most forums I've been active on.

I'll also post memes on here when I find useful ones but for now... time for female ILI aesthetics.
There's some sort of serene gothic element to these images (ILI's Te is more contained than IEI's Fe), as well as a "fog" -is by far the most hazy function. Determining factor No.3 is darkness or depth.
Other components are seclusion, being a "witness" or silent victim (never openly tortured like Beta NFs), solitary rulership, symbolism, inactivity (absence of speed or elation), ice and death. Balzac is the tragic "voice of reason" so the woman seems to know something that others cannot see. Us ILIs are critical and anticipatingly lyrical in the same breath, so the images portray a figure of premonition. Ni knows about the repercussions of whatever happens - romanticism and realism are hard to tell apart here, but a certain glorified negativity prevails.

Piercing looks are Se in geneal. None of the LSIs from Filatova's portraits really match having "dreamy quarter-smiles" at all, that seems more like an IEI thing. http://www.the16types.info/vbulletin...portraits-Beta

You seem to be a special case so I'll explain it for you.
Milo said ESI's have strict and compressed lips and LSI's have "dreamy quarter smiles", so I posted a picture of Vivien (the person you both think is ESI) with a "dreamy, quarter smile" and Lisa Marie-Presley (who is LSI) with strict and compressed lips. I also included something about piercing gazes being a typical trait of Se-ego types in general and not just ESIs.
You assumed I was comparing them, but there's no Vivien-Lisa comparison in any of that.

That one looks more Si to me. SLI or SEI. Look at all of the items associated with 'comfort'. Candles, coffee, just lounging in a chair reading a newspaper, no rush. Maybe SLI because it appears a bit more serious.
