Oh one thing I thought of about couple A - neither of them seem to have any ethical principals at all. I am astounded by some of the things they do and are OK with.

Couple A... ESTP and INTP?
I was thinking ENTp and INFp. Yes, I know it doesn't fit well. I was thinking of a plausible relationship for Nicky's husband -- illusion could be it.
At first I thought of ESTj for him, but not with the "no ethical principles" thing.
The second couple seems more like a straightforward ESTj-INFj.

She has this way of talking where she'll lift up her head and kind of talk down her nose or something. Like she's internally thinking, "Ahhh I see!"
