I agree with ESI for this woman. She seems to have an incredible amount of very practical "be-here-now" about her, and the colorful objects she has around her point toward an artistic streak. Her actions and thought processes strongly resemble what I see in other women IRL whom I've guessed are ESI-Se.
I also get the strangest feeling that she is me, inside out. Sort of like Mirror-Spock, except I'm the evil one. Like, our interests are completely opposite from each other (I only got halfway through the video before I shut it down) but she is completely understandable on some level. She also seems to be friction-free, in the sense of no grinding of gear teeth. She may be talking about stuff I know or care little about, but she is not irritating.
P.S.
I skimmed through the rest of the video to avoid hearing too many things like "By the way, "organisation" is spelled with an S in Australia" and found at 11:34 "Remember, while it is important to be motivated and productive, don't overwork yourself". She is the poster girl for giving LIE's advice. This is straight out of Strat.

No I don't see Fe valuing. And she reminds me ALOT of Blue Bird here on the16types who I also type ESI.
And i can´t see volitional sensing as her creative function. I gotta say that i find her annoying and too focus in comfort and that stuff. she also reminds me of some people i used to hate in my early college days.
