As long as he's not swinging from a building while holding me by my ankles I think I'm ok with him. Now, if he actually looked like a spider I'd probably kick him in the nuts when he got close. Bad part about that though, then I'd probably be cast as a villain. Which sux cuz nobody really likes them and they NEVER get the girl in the movies.

Well, they didn't turn into villians as much as screw up with their super powers... like, if i could see through walls... i'd more than likely be cast in a bad light as I would sit in awe while watching people through walls. On the subject of walls, you know, some of the conversations I've had with other folks around here has made me feel like I'm as well talking to one hehehe
Well, you may have to walk around a bit to use these gawking at people through walls powers... but I'm sure there'd be a way to get something good out of them. This is awesome...tons of Fe and Si.
Personally I don't feel responsible for the "impression" that discussions are making. If people want to see unwarranted meanings behind everything, they will see them, and I can't be bothered to bend over backwards to avoid something that will happen anyway - at least not here; I already have to do that too often IRL.
And of course there is a big difference between Alpha Fe and Beta Fe. That is precisely the reason, I think, why many Betas, even Beta NFs, don't like the usual descriptions of Fe, which were written mainly from an Alpha perspective.
And yes, there is equally a big difference between Gamma Fi and Delta Fi, and Gamma Te and Delta Te - however, it will be more difficult to find videos on that.

This sort of thing is why I initially thought Fe was my PoLR. I really don't like this sort of thing... it makes me want to escape.
But even that does not necessarily sound like a healthy Alpha SF.

That's what I'm wondering... there are people in real life that pry into your feelings or lack of a reaction like that... It's very invasive... especially when it's about "fun" and "enjoyment" and "smiling." Maybe such people are just annoying to everyone, and then they just jump to mind as examples of Fe ego types... and then we all think "I really hate Fe."
Alpha Fe?
When folks put alpha function vs beta function is it like trying to say which one is better or something.
I think the comparison of a function gets murkier when its a creative function. For instance some of the INTp posts I see makes it look to me that they think very differently from me, which I guess their Te must be really different in action because its coming from their Ni. I'm ISTp btw.
I was kinda hoping socionics would help me be able to understand people better, but sometimes it's like it makes me realise the differences are even bigger, rather than surmountable.
What do you, or anyone else think?
As I said, I exaggerated a bit to make the point (which is perhaps already a use of Fe?). But I have heard that kind of comment - sometimes in a low-key way, but there - many times. Sometimes they're not saying it, but later they wonder if you're happy because you don't seem to be, according to them.
