You should strength train. You can hit the gym. Another popular option is rock climbing.
You don't just want to lose weight. You need to reduce your body fat percentage, which you do by building muscle as an addition to losing weight.

Then shop at the unisex section, try H & M(women's section) or Thrifting. Hot Topic as well, maybe even Spencer. Those effeminate cloths are usually custom and not easy to find. Try even googling for them.
